The bear market may be all over the news, but we keep building, so we’re back with more updates! You, Kastians, have been a huge part of these milestones, and we take pleasure in sharing them with you.
Our team just successfully completed compliance testing for cash beta, a type of auditing done to analyse processes, systems, and controls for regulatory compliance purposes. This test is necessary to ensure we adhere to regulatory standards. We’re up for exciting times ahead as it was one of the last major tests required before launching the long awaited cash beta feature to our European Economic Area (EEA) customers.
Ongoing: Approaching Release
Since we’re done with major tests, we’re onto some finishing touches before the official release. Ka. Cash Beta will be a game-changer for our community as it will allow you to send and receive euros quickly and for free and effortlessly buy & sell crypto using your very own IBAN within Ka.app.
Once we’ve released the cash beta, we will start a high-intensive testing of our debit card, while developing other components that can help continuously improve our cash offerings.
Progressive Web App (PWA)
We’ve successfully concluded the external testing of transaction history screens with select Ka.app users. Our team swiftly worked on the required updates based on feedback, which involved enhancing the accessibility and visibility of your previous transactions.
Ongoing: Final Stretch of Testing Tiers
We’re at the tail end of testing tier-related screens. Our sign-up flows are next in the pipeline. We’re delighted to reveal that the PWA product offering is nearing its completion as well.
A new round of external testing with select Ka.app customers is in the pipeline for our tier-related PWA screens and other app flows. Once that’s completed, as usual, our team will work on the necessary enhancements until the ease of use, performance, speed, and overall functionalities are up to standard.

Mobile Navigation Test
Mobile navigation serves as the backbone of user interaction within an app, so we did a comprehensive mobile navigation test to continuously provide you with a seamless and user-friendly app experience. This can also help keep Ka.app responsive, accessible, and performant.
Swap and Send Feature Enhancements
Our team is working on a few enhancements to our Swap and Send features based on the data we’ve gathered from our recent surveys and user feedback. If you’re one of those who provided valuable input, our team is grateful for your support.
In-app Copy Updates
Another part of our ongoing efforts is making updates to our in-app copy. Through this, we can ensure information accuracy and syntax consistency throughout the app.
We achieved another 100% in our CSAT score last week! We use this metric to evaluate your level of satisfaction with our customer support services. We acquire these scores through the administration of customer satisfaction surveys and/or by inviting users to provide feedback on their experience.
